Problem: 
Consumers don’t just drink one type of spirit, nor do they shop in 1 place for those spirits. How do we help the various houses capture the right data and the right place so that they can have a better understanding of the consumer?

Solution:
Moet Hennessy Digital Garage. Interviewing users, creating prototypes, deploying those prototypes, learning, and repeating. This formula allowed the client and our team to quickly create a tailored CRM platform that engaged the user at every step of the consumer journey. 

Impact:
For the first time, the brand can now create better profiles of their consumer for all the various brands. This allowed them to better serve their customers.
