Problem: 
During irregular operations, customers need a way to rebook their own disrupted travel instead of waiting in line or on-hold.

Solution:
Add new functionality to the existing check-in kiosk for irregular operations rebooking, allowing customers to change or cancel their flights without needing to speak to a jetBlue agent. Also improving animations used at kiosk (NFC, Passport scan, Bag Tag).

Impact:
Expected increased efficiency when rebooking travel at the airport; improving customer experience (avoiding long lines and hold-music); and improving employee experience during irregular operations.
