– A 6-week deep dive revealed a lot, helping to form an ambitious roadmap to drive the change the organization seeks for real-time and collaborative capabilities
The simultaneous announcement of a new organizational structure also revealed strong progress against a vision for real time learning, insight and measurement
The recommendations are built from a marriage of current state assessments, future state ambitions, and industry-based maturity mapping.
The recommendation and roadmap leans into initiatives that leverage as much existing and newly designed data/capabilities, while also creating a new platform for collaboration to drive organizational effectiveness.
